Quality Wood Priming, Bow, NH

Riess Construction recently completed an 80,000 s/f metal building addition to Quality Wood Priming, Bow, NH.   Quality Wood Priming is a division of Coastal Forest Products.  Riess Construction became part of the owner’s team on this project. Other team members where Fournier Builders LLC. from Goffstown, NH , The H.L. Turner Group Inc ., Concord, NH,  the consulting  engineers for the project, Cullen Concrete, Interstate Concrete, Advance Site Works, and Hampshire Fire Protection to name a few other team members.  Riess was responsible for the design, supply and erection of this four building complex of additions. All buildings in some way connect to the existing building.

 Riess Construction completed the New Stratham Tire Retail Center at the Brentwood, NH location.  Riess was part of a team that included Excel Construction Management of Newfield, NH and Northern Building Systems of Dalton, MA.  Riess was responsible for erecting the metal building portion of this project which extended over 10,000 sq. ft. Decorative canopies and attractive roof-mounted cupolas give this building unique character and charm. Riess concluded their 6^th year in business with the completion of the 11,000 sq ft addition to the Golden Gable’s Inn, Conway NH.  Riess worked directly with the General Contractor, L A Drew of Intervale, NH. This new 28 unit, hotel expansion includes (3) first class suites.  Riess was responsible for the panelized wood framing portion of this structure including extensive exterior decks and stairways.
